Our Team

Jeremy Montiel, MBA

Founder/CEO

Jeremy Montiel, MBA is a U.S. Marine Corps combat veteran and the founder of Semper Fi Medical Supplies. After serving eight years as a Sergeant in the Marines, including combat deployments, Jeremy carried his dedication to service into civilian life committed to making a lasting impact in the medical field.

Following his military service, Jeremy spent five years with the Department of Veterans Affairs, where he held a variety of leadership roles focused on improving care and support for fellow veterans. That experience deepened his understanding of the healthcare system and strengthened his resolve to ensure providers have access to the high-quality medical supplies they need.

Jeremy holds a Master’s in Business Administration and now leads Semper Fi Medical Supplies as CEO. His mission is clear: to deliver industry-leading products with military-grade precision and integrity, while honoring those who serve on the front lines of care every day.

Brianna Silverio is the Executive Assistant to the CEO, Jeremy Montiel, MBA. She brings over a decade of experience in operations management, executive support, and event management across several industries, including higher education, travel and tourism, and finance. Brianna has led large organizational operations and provided dedicated support to senior executive leaders. She is a proactive problem solver and trusted leader who thrives in fast-paced, high-growth environments. Adept at navigating rapidly evolving organizations, she consistently drives efficiency and delivers clear solutions amid changes.
Brianna holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a concentration in Human Resource Management from the University of Nevada, Las Vegas.
Outside of work, Brianna loves all things outdoors especially hiking and camping. She’s passionate about staying active and enjoys a variety of outdoor recreational activities. She also enjoys trying new crafts at home and spending quality time with family and friends.

Ashley Chaffin

Director of Operations
Ashley is the Operations Administrator at Semper Fi Medical Supplies. She is Lean Six Sigma certified and comes with over ten years of experience in executive support, business operations and process improvement. She expertly manages and coordinates operational activities in support of company goals to ensure businesses scale efficiently.
Outside of work, Ashley is a certified dog trainer and mom. She enjoys volunteering with dog rescues, camping and visiting national parks with her family.
Dina Nakhla is a results driven sales leader with over six years of experience. She is CNPR-certified and has completed pharmaceutical studies via Harvard Online, eager to bring a healthcare-savvy, consultative sales approach. Dina has a demonstrated track record of success in high-volume sales, luxury service, and business development.
As the Founder & CEO of Amar Sol, Dina successfully built and grew an e-commerce brand. Her background also includes significant experience in sales supervision, account management, and regional sales growth, as well as luxury event operations. She is adept at client engagement, data-driven strategies, and territory growth.
Dina holds a Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology from the University of Nevada, Las Vegas. She is fluent in Arabic and is actively involved in the community as a Board Member for Arab American Ladies and a Nonprofit Director for Alex’s Lemonade Stand Foundation. Outside of her professional and community commitments, Dina finds joy in traveling and exploring new places for fun.

Recent Contributions Include:
  • Proudly Supported the Book & Self love Girls Club with a monetary donation to help inspire confidence, education, and community among young girls in Las Vegas, NV (April 2025).

  • Proudly supported the D.A.R.E. (Drug Abuse Resistance Education) Program with a monetary donation to help empower youth in Las Vegas, NV with the knowledge and confidence to make safe, drug-free choices (June 2025).

  • Donated a collection of professional clothing including suits, dress shirts, and business attire to Goodwill of Southern Nevada to support individuals in the Las Vegas community as they pursue employment and career opportunities (July 2025).

What types of medical supplies do you offer?
We specialize in high-quality medical products including skin substitutes, wound care supplies, red light therapy units, cold therapy systems like ThermoTek’s VascuTherm 5, DME equipment, and more. All of our products are chosen with provider and veteran care in mind.

Yes. We work directly with provider offices and care teams to support patients covered by Medicare, private insurance, and VA Community Care referrals. Our team assists with the documentation and billing process, helping ensure smooth approvals and patient access to the care they need.
Most in-stock products ship within 2–3 business days. We offer standard and expedited shipping nationwide. Local deliveries in the Las Vegas area may be eligible for same-day drop-off.

All grafts are stored at validated room temperature conditions with 24/7 monitoring and environmental controls. Our system includes alarms, backup power, and emergency procedures to safeguard product integrity at all times.
Yes. Every graft is serialized and tracked with complete chain-of-custody records from receipt through release. This ensures full traceability and compliance with regulatory standards.
Yes. We welcome audits and inspections by our partners. Our facility is maintained in an audit-ready state with SOPs, release criteria, and documentation available for review.
